THE ROUTINE IS…
A unique blend of rebounding x classical pilates that transforms + shapes your body and spirit. In this 50-minute class, we combine the toning power of Pilates with the energizing cardio from the Rebounder. This is the perfect, all-in-one class that leaves you feeling like you just spent a week at the best wellness retreat of your life - leaving you glowing and feeling strong from the inside-out.

LENGTH: 50 mins.
FORMAT: 50% pilates/ 50% rebounding
We will start and finish every class with the same recipe so you can ignite and challenge yourself to move with confidence in 50 minutes. This class combines pilates, strength, and rebounding with the ingredient of gentle heat.

MEET THE CREATORS
SAMANTHA MOSTACCIO
With over a decade of teaching around the globe, Samantha Mostaccio has become one of the most renowned presenters and educators in the fitness industry.
Her career started as a presenter for Zumba Fitness during its formative years in New York City. Samantha created a class that became a worldwide experience as she taught dance fitness globally. Her sold-out classes led to serving in several creative director roles for boutique fitness studios located in New York City, The Hamptons, Chicago, and the Tri-State area. Nike selected her to serve as a brand ambassador for the New York City Region presenting and teaching masterclasses.
After becoming a mama to her daughter, Aven, she became passionate designing a workout she was craving and needed with lymphatic rebounding, dance, sculpt, and hormonal health.
Samantha’s goal is to change how we engage with ourselves and the world through movement, Culture, music, sweat, and wellness.
PAGE BARKER
A pioneer in the Chicago boutique fitness industry-Page Barker is the founder and creator of Page One Pilates. A contemporary pilates studio with a focus on creativity, classical pilates, and designing a beautiful environment to flow and move in. With over 20 years teaching pilates Page has built an amazing workout in Chicago since 2016. Page is a mother to her son, Silas, and has focused on pelvic floor therapy, pilates, and rebounding to strengthen her connection to her body/method post-baby. Page is excited to fuse her love of pilates with the rebounder for the most perfect workout…The Routine.
