OUR METHOD
After having my daughter, Aven, I was really missing a vibrant/effective workout I was craving for my body. My fitness passion was always rooted in sports until I started assisting step aerobics at a local gym when I was 13 years old, obsessing about my mom’s buns of steel tapes, and watching a dance video on YouTube of Ragga Dancing.
At college, I was teaching fitness classes at the Recreation center on campus and got certified in Zumba-and my life changed forever.
Moving to NYC when boutique fitness was just starting to bloom really shaped my career. I taught everywhere and found bounce in Tribeca in 2011 + become the creative director at spin/pilates studios to help train instructors, develop trainings, and teach sold out classes. My Zumba classes were known for African, Ragga, and Dancehall and this sound is the reason Common Language exists. (and my beautiful daughter)
Our method is a culmination of the love for lymphatic system movement from musicality, rebounding cardio, strength + circuits, rhythm-based movements, juicy sculpt, and creative sequences to give you a total body workout in 50 minutes. You will be dripping, moving to the rhythm/tempo, finding the release in the beat, and after each class getting your groove back. We are so inspired + grateful for this opportunity to move with you + can’t wait to use music to create an experience.

Our Rebounders are the foundation of every class. Helping to promote lymphatic drainage and hormone health, our tramps help keep our workouts high-energy, but low impact making it suitable for all ages, shapes, and abilities.
We host 7 formats of classes ranging from low to high-intensity giving you flexibility to choose what your body needs in each moment.
As a music-based workout, each class is thoughtfully curated and designed using the BPM's of our playlists helping to take your mind, body, and spirit on a journey as we move collectively while never putting our bodies in a high-stress state.
We change our class content every 10 days so you can explore the range of your self-expression, creativity, and body. -

HOW IT WORKS
INSTRUCTORS OR INDIVIDUALS
Train for rebounding basics or learn one of two signature CL class formats.

Part 1 of Training at CL is learning the rebounder. We will dive into how to match sounds, create playlists, and how to turn the rebounder into the star of the show.

Part 2 of training will develop each instructor on a specific format that matches their teaching style, passions, and strengths. Here we begin to formulate the perfect class for you to teach at CL.

65/35 Rebounding + Sculpt
Accelerated beats, energy, rebounding combinations, + our design sculpt. Twice as much rebounding as the signature rhythm format. The beats per minute will go up every song igniting the heat in your body and then bringing it back down for our muscular sections! Calling all 638 muscles to action! The tempo will lengthen your entire body while transforming your brain, heart, and body.

SAMANTHA MOSTACCIO
With over a decade of teaching around the globe, Samantha Mostaccio has become one of the most renowned presenters and educators in the fitness industry.
Her career started as a presenter for Zumba Fitness during its formative years in New York City. Samantha created a class that became a worldwide experience as she taught dance fitness globally in Brazil, France, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Italy, Canada, and major cities throughout the U.S. Her sold-out classes led to serving in several creative director roles for boutique fitness studios located in New York City, The Hamptons, Chicago, and the Tri-State area. Nike selected her to serve as a brand ambassador for the New York City Region presenting and teaching masterclasses.
After becoming a mama to her daughter, Aven, she became passionate designing a workout she was craving and needed with lymphatic rebounding, dance, sculpt, and hormonal health.
Samantha’s goal is to change how we engage with ourselves and the world through movement, Culture, music, sweat, and wellness.
